Our Company
Hi, I'm John Nelson, the Owner and Licensed Medicare Agent/Producer at Clear Path Senior Benefits, as well as our Plugin Business service for HR Admins and SMB Leadership. I am new to Medicare but not new to entrepreneurship and small business ownership, the heart of America and what makes us great. I live in my home state of Texas with my wife and daughter, who may join me at in-person events and perhaps one day, officially join the company. Otherwise, Clear Path Senior Benefits (CPSB) is the culmination of years of business experience, customer success, and technology-driven business formation, coupled with a desire to serve people and help them find the best solutions for them to live a high-quality life.
After conversations with two trusted mentors in this industry, I was able to look back on the past few years of my life and see all of the signs that pointed me here. Yes, this is a service in Medicare that everyone who is eligible for Medicare must have in some form at some point. However, this is also a genuine chance to make a real quality of life difference for a lot of people who are confused, over-sold, over-prospected to, scared, wronged, and in many cases harassed and harried. I am excited on a level I have never known before to truly help people change their lives, restore their hope and faith in a system that's supposed to take care of them, and bring them to what we call a "high-quality life" through simple means and changes they may have overlooked.
Our Clients
Each of our clients, along with their loved ones and situations, are as different as there are grains of sand or clouds in the sky. All will need Medicare services, are already on Medicare, or are approaching the age of eligibility soon. A lot of them just have some simple or basic questions, and once those are answered they are content with their medical care and quality of life for their later years.
Other folks we come across all too often have lots of questions, are confused about much of Medicare or how to get the best treatment or solution for their needs, and are scared and frustrated because they have no one in their corner they feel they can trust, except the TV ads and constant phone calls making promises or signing them up for things they didn't ask for, when all they needed was someone to help them sort things out. My trusted network of mentors and friends and I can't get to these people fast enough, though we try at every turn. There is help and hope with people like us, and this is what has drawn me to create this company and do my part to meet this need.
Finally, there are clients who have medical situations, including chronic conditions, more medications to track than doctors always communicate about with each other, and mounting medical bills or, worse, real damage from scam artists who prey on vulnerable seniors constantly, taking what little they have left. Our company and network are here for you as well, to help you untangle the mess and stabilize your life so it can be improved.
Our Mission
Our mission is to give senior adults real, reliable, and accurate answers for Medicare and related services so they can live their best high-quality life for years to come. We leverage relationships with multiple Medicare and ancillary providers, partners offering related products and services, and a real network of people who want to get you to the highest-quality life for you that's possible, with dignity, loyalty, and respect from us and those you love who care about and for you.
The best part for you is there is no additional charge for our time given to you. We are paid by our carrier partners if you sign up, but quite often the plan you already have is your best solution, and that is just fine with us. We will never sell you on anything, but we will offer options to solve situations you have or improve the quality of care and life you have, really. Otherwise, we want to talk with you, have fun and laugh with you, share your hobbies and passions, ensure that you get the care you need and deserve, and genuinely help as many people as we can with this same mentality.
