Selecting the right Medicare plan for your needs is one thing, but the cornerstone of a High-Quality Life involves making the best use of your care team, and keeping medications you take (perscription or otherwise) to a minimum and organized in such a way that they complement each other. This helps your body to work as intended, even as we age and have to adapt to our changing bodies.

Below are some tools and resources that we hope will help you remain healthy, happy, and if you must take medications, to ensure that dosage adn side-effects are minimal at best. We then will follow up with articles to keep the conversation going and share with friends. Finally, if you want to re-evaluate your Medicare plan situation, the chance to do so and ask questions is at the bottom.
